With face-coverings now guidance, we have decided to keep wearing our masks within the practice and will continue to operate a closed door policy. This is due to the size of our practice and to ensure the continuing safety of our staff and clients.
We respect our client's choice if they wish to wear a mask or not, but we do ask that you respect our decision in return.

COVID-19 UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 2021.
Temporary change to our opening hours in Montrose:
Monday to Friday 0900-1700
In light of the current outbreak of Coronavirus and current government advice, we are implementing the following changes to protect you, your pets and our team.
VISITING THE PRACTICE - We ask that only one person attends each appointment, at Montrose we will have a doorbell for you to ring when you arrive—please DO NOT ENTER the building, we are not allowing clients into our buildings at present.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead and we ask you to not allow them to interact with other clients or pets whilst waiting—we advise keeping the recommended 2 metres apart from other clients waiting to be seen.
MONTROSE— our morning appointment times have changed slightly and will run from 0900-0945 in order for us to admit patients for surgery before consults begin.
Our afternoon appointments will run daily.
These will be non-specific Vet appointments, but one Vet will always be available.
Saturday appointments remain unchanged at this moment in time.
During consults our Nurses will be there to assist the Vet and will wear appropriate PPE—this is to
limit our contact with you as much as possible.
For routine surgeries there will be no follow up appointments made unless you are worried at all, we will ask for any surgical wound updates to be sent via photograph to email@example.com
*IF YOU ARE UNWELL OR ARE SELF ISOLATING DUE TO A FAMILY MEMBER BEING UNWELL/SHOWING SYMPTOMS WE ASK YOU NOT TO ATTEND—please call us for advice—the same applies to vulnerable clients*
We are asking for contactless /card payment and payment over the phone when ordering medication.
ARBROATH/CARNOUSTIE—We will be open as required and will have specific days and times for collection of pre-paid ordered medication and consultations.
