Sarah Cahill RVN
Sarah is our head nurse and practice manager. She is a qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse and also a Clincal Coach for our students. Her interests include geriatric patient care and emergency medicine. She is an avid Dundee FC fan and regularly attends Dens Park to watch games, she has been a vegetarian since she was 5 and a vegan for a long time now. She has always had rescue dogs, and currently has a 15 year old JRT called Roger. Sarah is responsbile for the accounts side of the practice, all insurance claims and staff rotas. Sarah now works part time and is in the practice on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Emily started working with us whilst still at school in 2006, her main interests are rabbit surgery and exotics. Emily did her VN training at North Highland College in Thurso. In her spare time she enjoys beach walks and socialising with her friends. Emily is a vital member of staff - she remembers things that nobody else can and keeps us all under control, we would be lost without her! If you need to know where a random item not used in years is - ask Emily! <3
Paula Ross, RVN.
Paula started with us in 2012 after starting her VN training in Turriff, Paula studied for her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing at North Highland College in Thurso and qualified in 2015. Paula has an NQ in Social Care and an NC in Horse Management. Outside of work she enjoys all things horsey and photography. She has a a Working Cocker Spaniel called Ollie - who can be found in the Practice most days!, cats called Cookie, Chip & Misty, 2 Shetland ponies - Moppy & Glo to keep her busy! Paula got married to the lovely Daniel in 2017. We need to update her photo - she now wears the full bottle green uniform! :) Paula will be taking some time off around October 2018 as she takes maternity leave - Baby Paula (given the nickname PJ by the team!) arrived safely in October 2018 <3
